TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the SIMPLIX platform (simplixspace.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

SIMPLIX is a creative operating infrastructure connecting Operators (creative and technical professionals) with clients seeking project execution. SIMPLIX facilitates engagement, not employment.

3. Operator Obligations

Operators agree to: deliver work to the quality and timeline agreed upon in the mission brief; maintain professional conduct; disclose conflicts of interest; and accept the stated earnings split before commencing work.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide accurate briefs; respond to approval gates within 48 hours; and make payment in accordance with the agreed schedule.

5. Fees & Revenue Split

SIMPLIX charges a 50% infrastructure fee on all project budgets. The remaining 50% is distributed to Operators based on role weights. All splits are disclosed before mission acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created on the platform remain the property of the client upon full payment. Operators retain the right to include work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: circumvent the platform to engage Operators directly; use the platform for illegal activities; harass or abuse other users; or attempt to reverse-engineer platform systems.

8. Termination

SIMPLIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

SIMPLIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SIMPLIX is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
