OPERATOR AGREEMENT
1. Operator Status
You are a Simplix Operator โ an independent creative or technical professional. You are not an employee of SIMPLIX. This agreement governs your use of the platform.
2. Application & Onboarding
Operator status requires an approved application. SIMPLIX reserves the right to accept or decline applications without reason. Operators may be assigned an operator type and pseudonym.
3. Mission Acceptance
Operators see full mission details and their earnings before accepting. Acceptance constitutes a binding commitment to deliver within the agreed scope and timeline.
4. Earnings
Operators receive their agreed share of the project budget (typically 50% of total, split by role weight) within 5 business days of client approval of final deliverables.
5. Quality Standards
Operators commit to professional-grade output. Disputes regarding quality are handled per the Dispute Resolution Policy. Repeated quality failures may result in suspension.
6. Conduct
Operators may not: contact clients outside the platform; solicit direct contracts from clients met through SIMPLIX; share confidential client information; or discriminate against any client or co-operator.
7. Portfolio Rights
Operators may display completed work in their SIMPLIX portfolio and external portfolios, unless the client has requested confidentiality.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. SIMPLIX may terminate immediately for conduct violations.
