CLIENT AGREEMENT

1. Services

SIMPLIX provides access to vetted Operators for creative, technical, business, and event execution projects. Clients submit briefs and SIMPLIX assembles the appropriate team.

2. Brief Accuracy

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of project briefs. Scope changes after mission acceptance may incur additional charges.

3. Approval Gates

Projects include defined approval stages. Clients must respond within 48 hours of each approval request. Delays beyond 48 hours may affect timeline guarantees.

4. Payment

Clients pay the full project budget upfront or in tranches as agreed. SIMPLIX distributes Operator payments upon stage completion. Payment is non-refundable once work has commenced except per the Refund Policy.

5. Deliverables

All deliverables are provided digitally via the SIMPLIX platform. Physical production, printing, or distribution is separate unless specifically quoted.

6. Intellectual Property

IP transfers to the client upon full payment. Source files are included unless otherwise stated in the mission brief.

7. Confidentiality

Clients may request confidentiality for sensitive projects. Operators will sign an NDA before accessing confidential materials.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are handled through the SIMPLIX dispute system. See Dispute Policy for details. SIMPLIX's decision is final in all disputes.
