AI USAGE POLICY

1. AI on the Platform

SIMPLIX uses AI to: match Operators with missions; suggest project stages; assist with brief writing; and provide platform support. AI is a tool, not a decision-maker.

2. AI-Generated Work

Operators may use AI tools in their workflow. All work submitted must be reviewed, refined, and owned by the Operator. Pure AI output without human creative direction is not acceptable.

3. Disclosure

Operators must disclose significant AI assistance in their deliverables. Clients may specify "no AI tools" in their brief; Operators must respect this.

4. Your Data and AI

We do not use your personal data or project files to train external AI models. Platform AI features use secure API calls to third-party providers with no data retention.

5. AI Accountability

SIMPLIX maintains human oversight of all AI-assisted platform decisions. If you believe an AI-assisted decision was incorrect, contact support@simplixspace.com.

6. Future Updates

AI capabilities on the platform will evolve. Material changes to AI use will require renewed consent.
